Every item Privé delivers is brand-new and purchased directly from the brand or its authorized European retailers. If you order from Dior, Privé buys from Dior. Your item comes from the brand itself, not from a reseller or a resale listing, and it ships to you fully insured, door to door.

Where your item comes from

Privé operates in accordance with the approved French tax ruling Rescrit RI n° 2026-19, purchasing goods from European retailers at VAT-exempt export prices. The purchase happens at the source: the brand's own boutique or an authorized retailer. Because the item never passes through third-party sellers, its provenance is direct, and we maintain all purchase and export documentation.

How your order is protected

Every order is fully insured while in transit and ships door-to-door via DHL courier service. Pricing is all-in: customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are included in your final price, so there are no surprise fees at delivery.

If something goes wrong

If an item arrives defective or damaged, we provide a refund or exchange. If an item cannot be sourced or exported under the applicable conditions, we notify you before completing the order and offer available alternatives, or cancel the request with a full refund.

What Privé doesn't do

  • We do not sell pre-owned or resale items; everything is brand-new.
  • We do not source from unauthorized sellers or resale marketplaces.
  • We do not export restricted goods: items made from exotic materials or subject to export controls may be excluded.
  • Refunds and exchanges are limited to defective or damaged items, so decide carefully before ordering.
  • Savings vary by brand, category, and destination: typically 10–30%, not a flat discount on everything.
