DIVA self-service kiosks in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at Barcelona El Prat airport (BCN), in the public area before security and again after security in some zones. Scan each tax-free form's barcode; a green confirmation means validated. Then drop forms in the operator boxes (Global Blue, Planet) or hand them to the operator counter for refund processing.
There is no minimum. Spain removed the previous €90.16 floor in 2018, so any purchase from a tax-free participating retailer qualifies regardless of amount. Operator processing fees (Global Blue, Planet) usually make refunds under about €40 not worth the paperwork.
