Tornabuoni is shorter (500m vs Condotti's 300m of pedestrian core but longer overall axis) and Florence-specific houses dominate (Ferragamo, Gucci, Cavalli, Pucci). Condotti has Bulgari, Hermès, and Cartier flagships. Most luxury brands have flagships on both.
